Air chilling is a process unlike conventional chilling. The chicken is cooled in a cooling chamber, not a water bath like the conventional cooling process.

This uses less water, so you will enjoy more chicken flavor, tenderness and texture.

By utilizing our air chilling method of cooling chicken we continue to strive to monitor our water usage. We are very conscientious about our natural resources for our environment and neighborhood.

We also raise our chickens on smaller family farms with most having one or two chicken houses. Our field supervisor work closely with our growers ensuring proper care and management of our chickens. We feel this helps contribute to ensuring these families being able to continue to live and raise their families in rural farm settings as they have done for several generations.
